MACHINE LEARNING BASED IDENTIFICATION OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY MEASURES FOR MACHINE TOOLS USING LOAD PROFILES AND MACHINE SPECIFIC META DATA

Approaches to detect energy efficiency measures are associated with time consuming analysis requiring expertise. Against this background, paper presents an expert system identify potentials for improving the of metal cutting machine tools based on measurement and meta data 35 machines. For purpose, it is necessary determine states control strategies their support units. Therefore, unsupervised supervised learning algorithms applied evaluated. Based states, descriptive statistics, performance indicators developed enabling automatic selection prioritization application-dependent measures.
